We've started working with Hightail, a cloud based collaboration tool that makes it really easy to manage the clothing design process.

We’ll setup the project and create a group that includes you, the salesperson and the designer. You’ll need to accept the invitation and sign up for a free Hightail account.

You or the salesperson can post the design brief and any logos for the designer to get started. As the designer completes the initial designs they are uploaded and notifications are automatically sent to all group members.

You can view the designs and leave really precise feedback including marking on the design what you are referring to.

You’ll get notified when new versions or comments are made, and when you’re happy you can approve the design with the tick box in the top right.

It’s a simple way to work and keep track of the progress of multiple items all in one place.
